This spacious apartment is suitable for families, couples and professionals. It overlooks the two swimming pools and beautifully landscaped gardens.

The kitchen, bedrooms, and living room each have patio doors leading to an exceptionally large and private double terrace balcony (overlooking landscaped gardens and pools) with a dining table and 6 chairs.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid serviceAll bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned at the start of each rental and again at the end. Additional cleaning and laundry can be arranged at additional cost.

Accessibility

The apartment has video intercom entry. It is serviced by lifts to all floors and is suitable for wheelchair users. Allocated secure car parking available and there is ample parking space for guests outside the entrance.

Complex generally

Beautifully landscaped and well maintained gardens around shared pools consisting of a large communal swimming pool (approx. 25m x 10m) and a childrens' splash pool. Sunbeds/loungers are available around the pools as is a shower facility. A tennis court iss available for use free of charge.

Local Area

The nearest supermarket, bars, and restaurants are a short walk (5mins) and banks/cash points are available in Olhos de Água, Albufeira and Vilamoura.

There are many local beaches within a short walking distacne, or even more within easy reach by car. There are over 23 enchanting beaches in and around Albufeira alone! Water parks suitable for all ages are within 30 minutes by car. Whatever your preference, whether this is energetic water sports or just relaxation, you can't go wrong!

Albufeiras’ 'Old Town' with its whitewashed houses lining the narrow streets is 5 kms from the apartment. The Town Square has a generous array of cafes, street vendors, entertainers, late night boutiques, and excellent music bars. For those seeking a livelier evening, "The Strip" in Albufeira offers an excellent atmosphere of entertainment bars and nightclubs. 

The majority of attractions are within a 20 minute drive, including Slide & Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine, Krazy World, and many more. Excursions can be booked on arrival.

For the golfers, Balaia Golf Village is situated next door, Pine Cliffs golf course is a 5 minute drive, Quinto Do Lago and Vale Do Lobo are 10 minutes drive, the world famous golf courses at Vilamoura are 15 minutes drive away.
